Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of bakery and deli staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management. Ensure all products meet quality standards and are prepared according to company recipes and guidelines. Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery and cost control.

Make a gross profit to required standards Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations to provide a safe environment for employees and customers. Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product and service improvements. Develop and implement marketing and promotional activities to increase customer engagement and sales.
