Product Management Senior Analyst

Milacron is looking for a Product Manager

• Extrusion to join our team in Batavia, Ohio . In this position, you will be responsible for owning the extrusion product portfolio and driving product strategy from market and customer input through development, launch, sales enablement, and post-launch performance. Work You’ll Do: Own and prioritize the Extrusion Product Roadmap across single-screw and twin-screw platforms, digital controls, and downstream equipment. Lead product initiatives from concept and business case through launch and post-launch performance. Partner with engineering, manufacturing, sales, finance, and operations to align product priorities and investments. Build business cases, return-on-investment models, pricing strategies, and capital justifications. Gather customer and market feedback and translate it into product requirements and roadmap priorities. Conduct competitive analysis covering market position, pricing, product offerings, and manufacturing footprint. Support strategic customer opportunities, equipment partnerships, customer visits, and industry events. Manage product lifecycle decisions, product configurations, sales tools, and quoting support. Participate in demand planning and align product strategy with manufacturing capacity. Train the sales organization on new products, options, and product positioning.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing, business, or related field. 5+ years of product management, product marketing, or business development experience in extrusion equipment or a closely related industrial/capital equipment market. Experience managing a product roadmap and lifecycle from strategy and business case through launch and post-launch performance.

Working knowledge of extrusion technology, including single-screw and/or twin-screw platforms, downstream equipment, die heads, or digital controls. Strong analytical skills with experience developing business cases, pricing models, and competitive analyses. Strong cross-functional communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.

Experience with HDPE pipe/profile extrusion or PVC downstream equipment preferred. Experience with SIOP or demand planning in a manufacturing environment preferred. Experience developing customer-facing technical sales and marketing materials preferred. MBA preferred.
