Procurement Specialist

We are hiring Procurement Specialist to support the activities of the Procurement department of HAVI Logistics Bulgaria. The position is based in Sofia, Chelopechene. Responsibilities

Process and monitor the purchase orders with the suppliers. Manage the stock availability maintaining optimal stock of goods and eliminate out of stock situations Maintain accurate Master Data for products Communicate with suppliers and clients in case of discrepancies in quality or quantity. Track deliveries of goods and resolve delays or issues proactively.

Collaborate with internal teams and participate in operational meetings. Prepare weekly or monthly reports upon request from the direct manager.

Requirements

Good knowledge of MS Office (esp.
