Coordinate accounts payable and receivable activities, proactively identifying discrepancies and helping resolve issues impacting payments or collections. Support job cost tracking, expense coding, and account reconciliation to ensure financial data reflects project performance.
Establish and maintain project financial records. Monitor subcontractor and vendor compliance requirements such as insurance certificates, lien waivers, and certified payroll. Serve as a reliable financial support partner to project teams by communicating clearly, responding to questions, and anticipating needs. Assist with project closeout activities including final billings, reconciliations, and documentation completion.
Prioritize workload effectively, demonstrate critical thinking, and take ownership for delivering accurate results in a deadline-driven environment
