Lead Data Scientist

CALIBRE is an employee-owned mission focused solutions and digital transformation company, is looking to hire a Lead Data Scientist to provide senior-level technical and management leadership in support of a federal civilian government agency. This role will guide the design, development, implementation, and oversight of advanced data science, analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning operations that help the agency improve decision-making and mission performance.

The Lead Data Scientist will serve as a trusted advisor to government stakeholders, translating mission needs into practical analytical strategies and ensuring that technical solutions are accurate, secure, scalable, explainable, and aligned with federal standards and agency objectives.
