A Day in the Life

You lead the Information Systems roadmap for the entity, ensuring local business priorities align with Group IT strategy and Beauty Tech ambitions. Y

• Build and execute the annual IT master plan, steering local technology investments, OPEX, and project delivery.
• Drive strategic alignment between business demands and enterprise architecture, rolling out platforms alongside global partners like SAP, Cisco, and Google.
• Steer IT governance, change management, and service delivery to guarantee continuous operational performance across local sites.
• Connect local business initiatives to our global community of 2,000 Tech Experts across 40+ disciplines to scale digital capabilities.
• Facilitate the rollout of Beauty Tech innovations and diagnostic solutions (such as Modiface Virtual Try-On), ensuring seamless local adoption. We Are Looking For You bring strategic business insight, a collaborative leadership style, and the agility to navigate complex technical landscapes. You bring:
• Tech Strategy Design : Proven track record defining IT strategy, managing operational budgets, and aligning roadmaps with broader business goals.
• Tech-Driven Business Relationship Management : Strong ability to build bridges between technical capabilities and commercial needs while anticipating process impacts.
• Tech and Data Architecture Design : Experience structuring application landscapes and ensuring seamless integration with enterprise standards.
• Project Governance : Expertise in defining robust frameworks to steer milestone delivery, manage operational risks, and arbitrate critical technical decisions.
• Stakeholder Management : Strong background aligning multifunctional teams, leadership committees, and external technology partners around a shared roadmap.
