Porter/Groundskeeper

Your responsibilities

Walk the property and maintain the overall appearance of the community Pick up trash and debris throughout the grounds Keep sidewalks, parking lots, common areas, and building exteriors clean Perform routine custodial duties around the property Assist with light landscaping and general grounds upkeep Help maintain the leasing office and surrounding areas Report maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate team member Assist the maintenance team with general tasks and special projects as needed Help create a clean, welcoming environment for residents and visitors What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is: Dependable and ready to work Able to work independently and as part of a team Professional and courteous with residents, visitors, and coworkers Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical tasks Able to follow directions and complete assigned tasks Proud of their work and attentive to the appearance of the community High school diploma or GED Some related experience is preferred Grow With Us!
