This role includes managing the configuration, integration, and release processes to ensure seamless delivery. The individual dedicates time to establishing and maintaining platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives and vendor requirements is a key aspect of daily activities.
The role demands proactive problem-solving and strategic planning to support evolving technology landscapes and operational needs. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to define and implement best practices for platform configuration and release management.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and automation tools.
- Ability to design scalable and reliable system architectures.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies.
- Competence in monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing application performance. Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps.
