Responsible for delivering a safe, fun and healthy member and guest experience by leading and instructing different group exercise programs and classes. Group Fitness Instructors create a welcoming and positive experience for Wellness Center members and guests by answering questions and providing education, identifying and executing improvements in activities, processes and programs.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required) Certification/Licensure Basic Life Support (BLS) Fitness Instructor (Preferred) Nationally recognized group fitness certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire Experience None Talroo

• Allied Health, exercise, instructor, fitness, wellness, trainer We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $21.73 - $33.84 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
