Manager In Training

A Restaurant Assistant Manager reports directly to the Restaurant General Manager. The primary responsibilities of the Assistant General Manager include directly supervising the restaurant employees, managing operations in the front and back of the house with a high concentration on profitability, safety, sanitation, and sales growth, while constantly maintaining Denny’s standards of quality and service.

Must be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays when restaurants are busiest.
