Associate Dentist – All Smiles Dental & Affinity Dental (Winnipeg, MB) Established Patient Base | Full-Scope Dentistry | Strong Clinical Support Opportunity Overview All Smiles Dental & Affinity Dental are seeking an Associate Dentist to join two well-established, patient-focused Winnipeg practices with strong community reputations and loyal patient bases.
With schedules booking 6–8 weeks in advance, excellent patient retention, and a broad scope of in-house treatment, this is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated clinician looking to grow within a collaborative and supportive environment. Position Details Schedule: Monday & Wednesday 8:00am - 5:00pm @ Affinity Dental Tuesday & Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm, Fridays 8:00am - 3:00pm & Occasional Saturdays @ All Smiles Dental Mentorship Available Current Services:
- Comprehensive General Dentistry
- Endodontics
- Oral Surgery including sedation dentistry
- Fixed Prosthodontics (Crown & Bridge)

About You
Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements Valid CPR certification All applicants must be domiciled in Canada.
