Manager - Air Freight

What You Can Expect : Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day Air Freight operations, covering both Air Export and Air Import . Lead and supervise the Air Freight team to ensure smooth and timely execution of shipments. Drive revenue, shipment volumes, customer retention, and business growth. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, airlines, overseas agents, and other stakeholders.

Identify new business opportunities and support the Sales team in customer acquisition. Ensure competitive pricing, cost control, and healthy margins. Resolve customer and operational escalations effectively and ensure timely closure. What You Bring: Key Requirements 8–12 years of relevant experience in Air Freight/Freight Forwarding.

Strong hands-on experience in Air Export and Air Import . Proven experience in managing Air Freight operations and teams. Good understanding of Air Freight pricing, documentation, processes, and customer requirements. Strong commercial and business development orientation.
