Key Responsibilities

Provide attentive, evidence-based nursing care to Med-Surg / IMU patients with varying acuity levels. Perform thorough assessments, anticipate needs, and respond promptly to subtle changes in patient condition. Administer medications and therapies with precision, safety, and a reassuring bedside manner. Partner closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.

Offer clear, compassionate education to patients and families during vulnerable moments. Ensure meticulous, timely documentation that reflects the quality and integrity of the care provided. Requirements

Qualifications Active RN license in the State of Texas (or compact license in good standing). Recent experience in Medical Surgical and/or Intermediate/Stepdown nursing strongly preferred. Current BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS highly preferred. Exceptional communication skills, polished professional demeanor, and strong critical-thinking ability.
