• L2 serves as a specialized technical position tailored for professionals possessing between 3 to 8 years of experience in system administration, desktop support, and server management. This role is dedicated to utilizing Nexthink solutions to enhance IT infrastructure, resolve intricate technical challenges, and boost operational effectiveness. The consultant will be instrumental in assessing system performance, formulating strategic documentation, and facilitating cross-departmental collaboration to guarantee successful project outcomes and high levels of client satisfaction. Experience: 3-8 years Location: Goregaon Responsibilities Perform continuous monitoring and analysis of the Nexthink ecosystem to detect and address potential performance constraints or issues before they escalate. Create detailed case studies for client reviews and support the execution of subsequent implementation stages. Manage and refresh issue tracking systems, delivering consistent status updates to internal leadership and external partners. Leverage Nexthink functionalities to establish categories, conduct in-depth investigations, and execute remote remediation actions. Assess and validate high-level designs (HLD), low-level designs (LLD), Statements of Work (SOW), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), knowledge base entries, RACI matrices, performance metrics, and knowledge transfer protocols. Draft new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and knowledge base (KB) documentation to improve organizational record-keeping. Partner with Network, Active Directory, SCCM, Datacenter, and Wintel teams to handle project dependencies and maintain strategic alignment. Write Power. Shell scripts to support Nexthink Act modules as project needs dictate. Oversee and review engineering and deployment schedules to ensure adherence to defined milestones.

Requirements

Proven proficiency with Nexthink Finder, the Nexthink Portal, and deployment strategies covering both Hybrid (On-Premise) and Cloud (SaaS) architectures. In-depth knowledge of Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 10 operating environments. Comprehensive grasp of Desktop Support workflows across L1 and L3 tiers, encompassing Incident, Problem, and Change Management frameworks.

Working familiarity with Intune and SCCM deployment utilities. Skill in interpreting and analyzing system logs for diagnostic purposes. Strong customer-centric approach paired with superior coordination and interpersonal abilities. Capability to operate various deployment platforms, including SCCM, MDT, and Altiris. Foundational understanding of Active Directory, Windows Servers, and core networking principles.

Competence in Power. Shell scripting. Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities, with the ability to present professionally to diverse audiences. Certifications Microsoft Certification covering Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, or Windows 11. Nexthink IT Support Module Certification (Required). Nexthink IT Admin Module Certification (Required). Infinity Certifications.

Education

Bachelor of Science (B.Sc), Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), or an equivalent graduate degree, supported by relevant professional experience.
