Company Nurse

Qualifications

Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) With ONHAP Certification With at least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably as a Company or Occupational Health Nurse Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality Key Responsibilities: Provide first aid and immediate medical assistance for illnesses, injuries, and workplace emergencies.

Assess employee health concerns and coordinate medical referrals when necessary. Monitor employees’ health conditions and maintain accurate medical records. Assist in ensuring compliance with occupational health and workplace safety requirements. Maintain and monitor clinic medicines, medical supplies, and equipment. Prepare and maintain health-related reports, records, and documentation.

Assist in implementing company health, wellness, and occupational safety programs. Conduct or support health awareness activities and employee education initiatives. Maintain confidential employee medical records and clinic documentation. Coordinate with healthcare providers, hospitals, and other concerned parties as needed.

Provide administrative support for company health and safety activities.
