Start date: 27th June 2026 Duration: 6 weeks MASECO Private Wealth is a mid-size, award-winning, rapidly growing Wealth Management firm focused on the complexities of solving Financial Planning and Investment needs for American clients living in the UK and Europe. ABOUT THE PROGRAMME Our Internship Programme is designed for ambitious individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in cross-border wealth management. You will work alongside experienced professionals across key business areas, contributing to real projects and gaining exposure to the full scope of wealth management disciplines.

This programme provides a unique opportunity to develop technical, analytical, and commercial skills in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. Many of our interns go on to secure full-time Wealth Associate roles within the firm. WHAT TO EXPECT During your 6-weeks as an Intern, you will spend time in our Wealth Associate pool as well as a Wealth Pod/Team working closely with Wealth Managers, Wealth Executives and Wealth Associates gaining a deeper understanding of the work that we do.

You will be exposed to a variety of tasks, such as those listed below, with the opportunity to demonstrate the knowledge that you have developed through a presentation task to be delivered to Senior Wealth Associates and Executives in the final week of the internship. Investment & Research Assisting with market, sector, and asset-class research.

Supporting portfolio managers with monitoring performance and preparing investment reports. Analysing macroeconomic trends to support decision-making. Operations & Risk Helping maintain accurate client and fund data across internal systems. Assisting with risk analysis, compliance checks, and reporting activities. Contributing to operational process improvements.

Client Services & Advisory Supporting the preparation of client presentations, factsheets, and performance summaries. Participating in client meeting preparation and follow-up activities. Helping manage internal communication channels, documentation and supporting client onboarding. Projects & Collaboration Working on key business projects that may involve technology, ESG, or digital transformation.

Presenting findings and recommendations to senior team members.

Requirements

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR A university / college student in the penultimate year of their degree course. A proactive mindset and willingness to learn from experienced professionals. Ability to work collaboratively within a professional team environment. A genuine interest in wealth management, financial markets and investments.
