Homecare Supervisor

Description JOB DESCRIPTION: SUPERVISOR (WE WILL MATCH COMPETITORS PAY*) Oversee services provided to individuals in their own homes and communities, who need assistance caring for themselves as a result of old age, sickness, disability, and/or other conditions. Home care may include assistance with the activities of daily living, housecleaning, laundry, meal preparation, transportation, companionship, and respite.

Home Care Supervisors ensure that employees deliver services in a caring and respectful manner, in accordance with relevant Agency policies and industry standards. Current driver’s license. Proper Vehicle Insurance Coverage 1-3 years of experience in home care, healthcare, or case management preferred 1-2 years' experience in supervising preferred Knowledge Successful homecare supervisor should understand: IDoA regulations and provider requirements Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Documentation standards HIPAA and confidentiality requirements
