We are hiring a Recruitment Consultant Liquid Personnel (part of Acacium Group) Manchester Permanent, full time £25,500-£28,000 dependent on experience + commission We are hiring a Recruitment Consultant to join Liquid Personnel who are the UK's number one social work agency. In this role, you'll build meaningful relationships with qualified social workers, helping them secure rewarding permanent roles where they can make a real difference.
You'll also play a key role in business development, building strong partnerships with local authorities and other key clients to secure new opportunities and encourage repeat business. Working alongside a successful, long-standing team of recruitment professionals, you'll receive hands-on support, mentoring and industry insights to help build your expertise, develop your skills and accelerate your career.
In this role, you will: Place qualified social workers into permanent job opportunities, managing the full recruitment process from sourcing, screening, selecting and processing offers. Source qualified social workers via job boards, posting adverts, headhunting and promoting referrals. Build and maintain strong relationships with our local authority clients to generate repeat business opportunities.
Drive business development with new clients through cold calls, promoting our services and negotiating terms.
