📍 Location: Lancaster, PA 🕒 Shift: Variable Days | 8-Hour Shifts | 40 Hours/Week Overview: Seeking a reliable and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a rehabilitation assignment in a skilled nursing environment. Support patient mobility and recovery under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

Deliver therapeutic exercises and mobility training Document patient progress and response to treatment Follow PT plan of care and adjust activities accordingly Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team Qualifications: Active PTA license in Pennsylvania LTC/SNF experience preferred Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
