Rockwell South 7004 NW Expressway Oklahoma City, OK 73132 Rockwell North 7101 Memorial Parkway Oklahoma City, OK 73142 As a Front of House (FOH) Senior Trainer, you will serve as a trusted leader in the development of new and existing Team Members at Chick-fil-A Rockwell.

You will model the highest standards of hospitality, operational excellence, and Chick-fil-A’s Winning Hearts Every Day Strategy. Senior Trainers lead by example, provide effective coaching and constructive feedback, and help ensure training standards are consistently upheld throughout the restaurant. In addition to developing Team Members, you will take on increased operational responsibility, including ensuring cash accountability and accurately completing end-of-day procedures.

You will partner closely with the Training Team and Leadership to reinforce Chick-fil-A Pathway standards, identify development opportunities, and help Team Members grow in confidence and performance. Success in this role requires strong leadership, maturity, trustworthiness, professionalism, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for developing others.

Competencies, Skills, and Experience Needed Servant-leader mindset with a heart for hospitality High level of trustworthiness, integrity, and professionalism Humble, coachable, and eager to grow Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to coach and provide constructive feedback with positivity and encouragement Patient and adaptable to different learning styles and personalities Strong attention to detail and commitment to training standards Leads by example and willingly serves alongside fellow Team Members Requirements Must have successfully served as a Team Trainer for a minimum of three months Must meet all Team Member availability requirements and work a minimum of 20 hours per week Must be available for at least six non-peak mid-shift and/or closing shifts per week Must demonstrate proficiency in all Front of House positions Must complete all required Pathway training plans and remain current on recurring training Must maintain good standing in attendance, performance, and overall conduct Must demonstrate a strong record of effectively training and developing Team Members Must provide consistent, thoughtful feedback and communication to the Training Team Must consistently exemplify Team Rockwell’s Core Values and represent Chick-fil-A with excellence Must go beyond the Core 4 to intentionally create remarkable experiences for guests Role & Responsibilities Train and develop new Team Members using Chick-fil-A Pathway standards and Team Rockwell expectations Coach Team Members and provide timely, constructive feedback with positivity and encouragement Model Chick-fil-A systems, hospitality standards, and Team Rockwell’s Core Values Communicate Team Member progress and development needs with Leadership and the Training Team Conduct 30-day check-ins and training checklist meetings during a Team Member’s first 90 days Partner with the Training Director, Training Specialist, and Leadership Team to ensure a consistent and effective training experience Conduct operational huddles in assigned areas, including Drive-Thru Outside, Drive-Thru Cockpit, and Mobile Support Leadership in addressing uniform and appearance standards Perform authorized POS overrides using leadership PIN access, excluding employee meals and Team Member clock-ins Complete assigned mid-shift and closing Inform duties, including cash accountability and end-of-day procedures Lead by example and actively support Team Members and Leadership throughout daily operations
