Area Manager/Manager Land Acquisition (Logistics & Connectivity)

1. Execute end-to-end land acquisition processes, including identification, negotiation, compensation, and possession of land.
2. Coordinate with Revenue, Forest, Mining, and District Administration officials for statutory clearances and approvals.
3. Drive timely acquisition of land and obtain forest diversion approvals to meet project and operational timelines.
4. Track key milestones, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to expedite approvals and land availability.
5. Resolve land-related disputes, compensation concerns, and forest clearance issues through effective coordination, negotiation, and communication.
6. Ensure compliance with applicable land acquisition, forest, environmental, and government regulations.
