JOB DESCRIPTION: Works with students PK to 12 Implements appropriate plan of care Provides effective services based on results of assessment processes Writes appropriate IEP goals and monitors students' progress Participates in IEP meetings Provides coordination, communication and documentation to support student's functional outcomes & program need Provides evaluations and reports results as a member of the child study team Uses Medicaid timely to accurately report student services QUALIFICATIONS, MANDATORY: New Jersey Occupational Therapist License School Occupational Therapist Standard Certificate Competence in knowledge/skills Criminal history background check QUALIFICATIONS, DESIRED: Experience working with children in a school setting Self-motivated Cooperative All correspondence regarding this position must be in writing and should be addressed as follows: Interested candidates should apply online at: http://applitrack.
