COMPENSATION: $44-$46/hourly

STATUS: Full Time

SCHEDULE: M-F 8am-5pm

LOCATION: Anchorage, AK

Job SummaryAs aHome Health and Hospice RN at Ancora, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional home health and end-of-life care to our patients. Your compassionate approach will ensure comprehensive physical, social, and psychological assessments and your friendly and supportive demeanor will actively engage patients, families, and the rest of our Interdisciplinary Group in developing comprehensive care strategies and plans. With your attention to detail, you will efficiently coordinate patient care delivery, manage resources, and maintain meticulous patient records. Your positive collaboration with other team members, patients, and their families, and proactive initiation of referrals will create a holistic care experience. Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Alaska
• Home Health / Hospice experience as a Registered Nurse preferred
• Ability to utilize full range of movement to transfer patients
• Effective verbal & written communication & time management skills
• Valid Driver's License (clean record) & reliable transportation.
• Proof of current auto insurance & registration
• Valid AK Fingerprint Clearance Card (we can help)
• Current CPR Certification (we can help) & Negative TB Test (we can test)
