Our dietary team plays an important role in creating a positive dining experience while helping residents receive nutritious meals in a clean and welcoming environment. This position will primarily focus on dishwashing and kitchen sanitation while supporting meal service operations as needed. ✅ Supportive and collaborative team environment ✅ Meaningful work with direct resident impact ✅ Opportunity to build relationships with residents and staff ✅ Training and development opportunities ✅ Stable healthcare environment ✅ Be part of a team that values compassion, service, and teamwork What You'll Do Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment Help maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area Assist with food preparation and meal service as needed Ensure food service areas meet safety and sanitation standards Support accurate meal tray preparation and delivery Work with the dietary team to provide a positive dining experience for residents What You'll Need Food Handler's Permit or Serve. Safe certification as required Previous dietary, food service, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and sanitation practices Ability to pass employment screenings Ready to Make a Difference?
