Sales Support Coordinator

Role Summary

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Sales Support Coordinator Japan to contribute to our growing success. As a key member of the Sales support team, you will play an important role in providing support and collaborative problem-solving for the sales team and delivering excellent service to customers. Working closely with customers, sales teams, operations, and suppliers, you will help ensure a smooth order-to-delivery process, respond to customer inquiries, and support the timely resolution of issues.

Through effective collaboration and strong customer relationships, you will contribute to customer satisfaction and business growth. What you’ll be doing -Process customer orders using company systems. -Issue purchase orders to factories and suppliers and manage on-time delivery. -Manage order backlogs, inventory availability, and shipment status.

-Process customer invoicing and ensure timely billing. -Provide professional support to internal and external stakeholders via phone and email. -Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently. -Act as a key point of contact for customers and maintain strong customer relationships. -Collaborate with sales, operations, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

-Identify and escalate issues that may impact customer satisfaction or operational performance.
