Manager, FP&A

Key Responsibilities

Support the overall cash flow projections during budget and monthly rolling forecast submissions, working closely with supply chain finance and treasury teams Identify risks and opportunities on cash flow based on latest sales performance, procurement assumptions and external drivers such as gold price fluctuations Support the Group’s sales analytics and profitability margin cause of change vs prior year and budget / forecast Lead the FP&A calendar management Maintain the store count master data Ad hoc streamline projects or analytics led by FP&A as needed Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline HKICPA, ACCA, or an equivalent qualification is a strong advantage At least 7 years of working experience in FP&A capacity and in retail or FMCG Recognized accounting designation Proficient in financial modelling, Excel and PowerPoint Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments Proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
