Your responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with meal preparation and feeding
• Helping residents with mobility and transferring as needed
• Monitoring and documenting changes in residents' health and behavior
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure residents' needs are met Qualifications:
• Prior experience as a caregiver preferred, but not required – we're willing to train the right candidate!
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of seniors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
