Job Summary

Environmental Charter Schools is seeking a talented and dynamic Student Success Assistant who is passionate about helping students thrive. The Assistant will work with students, families, teachers, counselors, and administrators to improve outcomes for an identified Student Group of Focus. The Student Group of Focus will be selected through an annual review of disaggregated academic, attendance, discipline, belonging, enrollment, retention, and access data.

Although the Assistant will support the larger school community, the role will provide intentional and sustained support to students whose data reveals an opportunity gap or need for additional advocacy. Working under the direction of the Principal, the Student Success Assistant provides targeted student support through relationship building, implementation of student supports, progress monitoring, family engagement, and collaboration with school staff.
