ABOUT POSH We are all social creatures, but the dominant “social” companies today have evolved into digital loneliness machines, driving isolation, anxiety, and mental health challenges around the world. Human connection is lost. Posh is a beacon guiding us back. Posh enables anyone to build an IRL community based on shared interests, while connecting consumers with the communities of people just like them.

Founded by event organizers who were frustrated with the growing loneliness epidemic and the tools available to build their own event brand, we’ve built the ultimate platform for launching, monetizing, and finding IRL communities of people just like you. In just 6 years, Posh has grown to a team of 70, expanded to 10M+ users, secured $70m in venture funding, and facilitated over $400M in transactions.

The role Posh is growing on college campuses, and we’re looking for students who know their school’s social scene and love bringing people together. As part of Posh’s campus team, you’ll bring the student orgs, Greek chapters, party and social groups, and other student-run event hosts you know onto Posh, and help them throw better events.

It’s a paid, flexible, remote contract role that fits around classes. What you’ll do

• Connect Posh with the groups throwing events at and around your school
• Help the groups you bring get set up and hosting on Posh
• Share what’s happening in your campus scene with the Posh team How you earn
• Commission on tickets sold by the orgs you bring to Posh
• A bonus for every org you bring on, for paid and free events
• Posh merch, real startup experience, and a recommendation from the team You’re a good fit if you
• Are a current college student
• Are plugged into the orgs, Greek life or social scene that hosts events
• Are the person friends text to ask what’s happening this weekend
• Are a self-starter who likes making things happen
• Are organized and reliable
