• NFP will be responsible for assisting with the daily functions of Public Health including providing comprehensive community health nursing services to women and their families eligible for the Nurse Family Partnership, according to the guidelines of the Nurse Family Partnership (NFP). Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
