Landscaping Foreman/Leader

LANDSCAPING CREW LEADER We are looking for the talented, awesome person that can lead a crew and see to it that projects are finished on time and with high detail. Once that is established and consistent, high level success is inevitable. (Good person first, good landscaper second=purpose driven life and stability) The technical job details would be: general landscaping, installing plants, lighting, edging, rock, retaining walls and most importantly leading a team of other crew members to complete the projects.

Pay ranges from $30-$40/hr, determined on production and results ($80,000+ a year for the leader that gets results).
