GTM Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join an early-stage AI infrastructure team and help build its go-to-market motion from the ground up. You will connect engineering and revenue, creating scalable systems to reach technical buyers and grow adoption of tools for building and evaluating AI models.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own the outbound pipeline from prospect targeting and enrichment through outreach, follow-up, and meeting booking.
• Build and maintain outbound sequences, CRM automations, lead scoring, and custom GTM tooling.
• Use AI tools, scrapers, and workflow automation to increase the reach and efficiency of GTM work.
• Develop and refine messaging for ML engineers, AI researchers, and engineering leaders.
• Learn prospects' businesses, workflows, and pain points to communicate relevant product value.
• Track pipeline metrics and optimize conversion throughout the outbound process.
• Partner with the founding team to shape and improve the go-to-market playbook.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 2 years of relevant GTM or commercial experience, with a track record of building a measurable GTM motion and closing deals.
• A computer science or engineering background, or substantial experience with coding and technical projects.
• Experience building and operating end-to-end outbound pipelines, including targeting, enrichment, outreach, and conversion measurement.
• Hands-on familiarity with GTM systems such as Clay, Apollo, CRM automation, sequencing, lead scoring, and custom tooling.
• Experience using AI tools and automation to improve GTM output and developing messaging for technical buyers.
• Ability to engage in technical conversations with ML engineers, AI researchers, and engineering leaders.
• Early-stage startup experience; experience selling developer tools, infrastructure, or AI/ML products is valuable.
• Familiarity with reinforcement learning concepts such as environments, evaluations, and benchmarks is beneficial.

COMPENSATION

& BENEFITS Base salary: $100,000 to $170,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available. LOCATION On-site in Singapore, Singapore.
