Business Solutions Portfolio Leader

Brown and Caldwell (BC) is currently seeking a Business Solutions Portfolio Leader to be responsible for leading the vision, strategy, market growth, and delivery approach for BC’s emerging business solutions portfolio. This portfolio includes scalable digital and business solutions that address water/wastewater utility client needs where commercial software products do not yet provide viable or complete solutions.

The role leads business assessments, solution framing, go-to-market planning, client development, proposal strategy, delivery governance, and implementation planning for solutions that combine people, process, technology, and change management.
