Occupancy Coordinator I (Park Place-1266)

This position is for a full-time 40 hour per week Occupancy Coordinator I to work at Park Place, a 112-unit Family housing community in Morgan Hill, CA. This is a Tax Credit property. HS diploma/GED/equivalent required. Must have basic working knowledge of MS Word and Excel. One year of experience working with HUD or TCAC programs.

Occupancy certification/designation preferred. Spanish Speaking is preferred. Salary range: $23.50 - $34.50 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $23.50 - $29.00 per hour, DOE. Please note an offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role.
