ABOUT THIS ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE - BILLING COORDINATOR ROLE

In this role, you will help maintain accurate financial records and strengthen customer relationships through consistent communication and follow-through. You will record and enter incoming payments, oversee customer memberships to ensure accounts remain up to date, and contact customers regarding payments while delivering exceptional service. You'll become a trusted resource for both customers and coworkers, helping keep essential billing processes organized and efficient.

This position offers a consistent schedule that supports both productivity and personal time. You'll work Monday and Wednesday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Tuesday from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Thursday from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM, and Friday from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, giving you a dependable routine with weekends free.
