Role Overview : This role is for experienced Public Relations leaders who know how to drive business impact through strategic communications.

As an Account Director, you'll lead key client partnerships, shape integrated communication strategies, mentor high-performing teams, and play a critical role in the agency's growth. At Bold & Beyond, you'll work closely with senior leadership to build strong client relationships, identify business opportunities, oversee multiple accounts, and ensure exceptional campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Business Leadership Serve as the strategic lead for multiple high-value client accounts Build long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor Lead business reviews, strategic discussions, and executive-level client presentations Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new opportunities Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and long-term account retention Strategic Communications & PR Planning Develop comprehensive communication strategies aligned with business objectives Provide strategic counsel on brand positioning, reputation management, crisis communication, and thought leadership Lead integrated communication campaigns across earned, owned, and shared media Guide teams in developing innovative PR strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes Media & Industry Relations Leverage strong relationships with journalists, editors, influencers, and industry leaders Identify high-impact media opportunities across print, digital, television, and online platforms Guide media outreach strategies and ensure consistent, high-quality media coverage Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and communication best practices Leadership & Team Development Lead, mentor, and inspire Senior Account Managers, Account Managers, Account Executives, and Interns Build a collaborative, performance-driven team culture Provide regular coaching, performance feedback, and career development support Allocate resources effectively to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery Business Development Lead and support new business pitches and client acquisition initiatives Develop strategic proposals, communication plans, and presentation decks Represent the agency in networking events, industry forums, and business meetings Identify market opportunities that contribute to agency growth and expansion Campaign Excellence & Quality Assurance Oversee campaign planning, execution, and delivery across all client accounts Review and approve communication materials including press releases, media pitches, speeches, bylines, Q&As, and strategic documents Ensure consistent messaging, quality standards, and brand alignment across all deliverables Drive innovation and creative thinking across campaigns Reporting & Performance Management Monitor account performance, profitability, and campaign effectiveness Present strategic reports highlighting business impact, media outcomes, and key insights Track KPIs and recommend improvements to maximize campaign performance Ensure efficient budget management, resource allocation, and operational excellence Must-Have Skills 8+ years of Public Relations experience with a reputed PR or integrated communications agency Proven experience managing enterprise or high-value client portfolios Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage and mentor cross-functional teams Excellent understanding of the Indian media landscape and influencer ecosystem Exceptional client servicing, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills Strong strategic thinking and business development capabilities Experience in crisis communication and reputation management Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills Excellent project management, organizational, and decision-making abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth agency environment Perks & Benefits: Structured 8-hour work shifts promoting healthy work–life balance Enjoy the best brews from Blue Tokai at work Special birthday leave to celebrate your day, your way Insurance Coverage
