Purchase Asst / Executive (East / Up to $2900 / SAP / MRP / 1 Year Contract)

Responsibilities

Execute full set of purchasing process and documentations Review and purchase materials, components and equipment as drive by MRP Responsible for inventory management review and execute stocking rules preset by management periodically Liaising with 3PL company for shipment arrangement, shipment status and custom declaration Handling of RMA/NCT units to suppliers Able to prioritize work based on urgency Requirements Minimum Diploma/ degree holder in Supply Chain Management Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience / relevant industries Bilingual in Both mandarin and English so as to speak with Mandarin speaking associates Proficient in Microsoft Office SAP/MRP knowledge is required
