SUMMARY: The Casino Deployment Specialist is responsible for the preparation, verification, and distribution of all game platform software for Casino Class II deployments. This role owns the full software deployment lifecycle — from Hard Drive creation and version testing through drive imaging, activation verification, and post-install confirmation.

The Deployment Specialist also manages logistics and shipping coordination for casino deployments, serves as the operational interface with the Service Delivery Coordinators for technician dispatch readiness, and plays a critical role in ensuring that every deployment arrives at its casino location with the correct, certified software and all documentation in place.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive Imaging & Distribution

• Images deployment drives from the current certified Master for each casino deployment. Ensures that each drive is write-protected, verified, and labeled correctly prior to shipment. Activation & Version Verification
• Confirms activation details and current version numbers against the deployment record in Hub. Spot and deployment request for every active deployment. Ensures that the correct game platform version is deployed to the correct casino location and that all activation requirements are met prior to installation. Deployment Coordination
• Coordinates with the Service Delivery Coordinator to confirm dispatch readiness for each deployment. Ensures the customer site has received all required site details, access instructions, hardware specifications, and drive documentation. Compliance Regulations & Documentation – Provides correct game platform version numbers, current game software version numbers and serial numbers for all deployment items for each order to compliance. Logistics & Shipping Coordination
• Coordinates outbound shipping for all casino deployment assets. Creates manifest documentation to be sent with shipment. Confirms carrier selection and books parcel shipments based on order size and site requirements. Logs tracking information in Hub. Spot and manifest hub. Final Version Testing & Certification Coordination
• Conducts final version testing on new game platform builds in collaboration with the Product Manager and RQA Lead. Documents test results, logs any identified issues, and confirms release approval before drives are distributed to warehouse locations or deployed to casino sites. Hub. Spot Task Management
• Owns and updates all assigned Hub. Spot tasks throughout the S5 deployment lifecycle. Maintains real-time deployment status on the deal record and issues a formal task completion notification to the SDC when all tasks are marked complete. SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manages firmware file management across multiple casino platforms - maintains version control and coordinates distribution of firmware updates to field and warehouse teams. Supports RMS system monitoring and reporting status verification in coordination with the Escalations team. Assists with connected device maintenance updates and maintenance push coordination for casino platforms. Contributes to the development and ongoing maintenance of deployment SOPs, drive imaging procedures, and field technician briefing templates. Supports evaluation and onboarding of new casino platforms from a software deployment and version management perspective. Participates in post-deployment debriefs and contributes to continuous process improvement.

REQUIREMENTS

3+ years in software deployment, technical operations, or field services coordination Hands-on experience with drive imaging, version control, and software distribution processes Familiarity with casino gaming platforms and regulated deployment environments

• Class II experience preferred Experience coordinating logistics and carrier management including LTL, freight, and parcel shipping Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple simultaneous deployments Proficiency with Hub. Spot or comparable CRM/task management tool Experience with Net. Suite or comparable ERP system is a plus Casino gaming platform familiarity is a significant plus Ability to work independently, communicate status proactively, and manage cross-functional dependencies without close supervision WORK ENVIRONMENT: Works closely with Service Delivery Coordinator, Compliance team, Escalations/Operations Liaison, Product and Project Managers, RQA Leads, Warehouse team and Sales team.
