Dietitian

Nutritionist-Dietitian Overall Purpose: Provide nutrition counseling, medical nutrition therapy, and support preventive health and chronic disease programs.

Key Responsibilities

Assess referred patients and develop individual nutrition plans to manage conditions like diabetes, hypertension, obesity, and gout. Deliver group nutrition education, healthy-eating campaigns, and collaborate with lifestyle coaches on weight management programs. Document consultations in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and track patient progress and outcomes.

Requirements

Registered Nutritionist-Dietitian with a valid PRC license and valid BLS certification. At least 2 years of clinical or wellness nutrition experience. Strong skills in clinical nutrition, counseling, health education, MS Office, and EMR Schedule: 2x a week duty, 4 hours per day
