New Zephyrhills Dental is looking for a friendly, motivated, and goal-driven Treatment Coordinator to join our team!

We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in helping both patients and the practice succeed.

What You'll Do

Present treatment plans and help patients understand their recommended care. Discuss financial options, insurance benefits, and payment arrangements. Follow up with patients on unscheduled treatment to help increase case acceptance. Work closely with the clinical and front office teams to create a great patient experience.

Help the office achieve monthly production goals and performance targets. Build lasting relationships with patients through excellent communication and customer service.

What We're Looking For

Previous dental experience, preferably in treatment coordination. Experience with Dentrix dental practice management software preferred. Strong understanding of dental insurance, treatment planning, and financing options. Confident, personable, and comfortable discussing treatment costs with patients. Goal-oriented with a passion for meeting and exceeding expectations.
