Demand Planner

We are looking for a Demand Planner to join our team and ensure accurate inventory management across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels and inventory records. Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies. Track stock movement, transfers, receipts, and dispatches. Coordinate with warehouses, stores, purchasing, and other departments. Identify damaged, missing, expired, or slow-moving stock and report accordingly.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports. Ensure proper documentation for all stock transactions. Monitor stock availability and highlight shortages or excess inventory. Assist with stock audits and investigate inventory discrepancies. Ensure compliance with company inventory procedures and policies.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in stock control, inventory, warehouse, or a similar role. Must Speak Arabic Experience with inventory management systems and MS Excel . Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to analyze stock data and identify discrepancies. Candidates with retail, FMCG, pharmacy, or distribution experience are preferred.

UAE/GCC experience is an advantage.
