Minimum Qualifications

Proven experience in janitorial duties within commercial buildings. Physical ability to lift and carry heavy objects regularly. Knowledge of safety procedures related to janitorial. Ability to count and log inventory of cleaning/janitorial supplies. Able to bend repeatedly. Able to stand on feet for extended periods. Able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.

Able to grip/grasp comfortably for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with cleaning and maintaining stainless steel surfaces. Certification in workplace safety or OSHA training. Previous experience working in a commercial building environment Responsibilities: Perform routine janitorial duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and cleaning restrooms and common areas within commercial buildings.

Maintain and polish stainless steel surfaces to ensure a clean and professional appearance. Safely load, unload, and transport cleaning supplies and equipment. Follow all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for self and others. Lift and carry heavy equipment and supplies in accordance with safety guidelines.

Skills: The required skills such as janitorial duties and commercial building maintenance are applied daily to ensure all areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained. Proficiency in handling stainless steel surfaces helps maintain a polished and professional environment. Operating a box truck is essential for transporting supplies efficiently, while computer skills are used to document work and communicate with supervisors.
