ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2023, and since then, we’ve built a growing team of three dedicated professionals focused on serving our community with excellence. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent my career in the oil and gas industry, but my passion for helping people and building lasting relationships led me to make the transition into insurance.

I hold a Master’s degree in Business and was born and raised right here in San Antonio. I’m a proud husband and father of three, and when I’m not in the office, you’ll most likely find me outdoors spending quality time with my family. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
