Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at RadiantBiz, you will play a key role in building high-performing teams across our business units, including Business Setup, Corporate Services, Banking Support, Sales, Marketing, and Operations. You will partner closely with department heads to understand manpower needs, create effective hiring strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish.

Requirements

1. Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract top talent across corporate, sales, and specialist roles.
2. Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
3. Build strong relationships with external recruitment partners, job boards, universities, and professional networks.
4. Leverage social media platforms, talent communities, and modern sourcing tools to find high-quality candidates.
5. Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and evaluate candidate competencies aligned with RadiantBiz standards.
6. Coordinate interview schedules and support hiring managers in assessing cultural and functional fit.
7. Draft and manage job postings, ensuring brand consistency across all recruitment touchpoints.
8. Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and internal hiring policies.
9. Maintain an organized talent database and provide weekly hiring updates and reports.
10. Represent RadiantBiz at job fairs, industry events, and networking forums to build a strong talent pipeline.
11. Facilitate the onboarding and orientation process to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the organization.

Benefits
