We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Server to join the team at The Alverton on a part-time basis helping to create a warm and welcoming experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit. Take food and drink orders accurately and confidently. Serve food and drinks to a high standard. Keep tables, service areas and the restaurant/bar clean and presentable. Work closely with the wider Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth service.

Respond to guest requests and help create a welcoming atmosphere. Follow food hygiene, health & safety and company procedures.

Requirements

Previous hospitality or customer service experience is desirable but not essential. Friendly, approachable and confident with guests. Reliable, hardworking and willing to learn. Good communication skills and a positive attitude. Able to work well as part of a team. Flexible to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays where required.
