- Swimming 25/26 Stipend amount as per REA contract: $5,429.68 - $6,032.74 26/27 Stipend amount: Pending negotiation QUALIFICATIONS: State Teaching Certificate/County Substitute Certificate (60 college units to qualify); Prior experience in the sport preferred
