Senior Guest Service Associate - Laundry

General Responsibilities: ➢ Maintenance and upkeep of all laundry equipment ➢ Have a positive attitude that reflects interest in work ➢ Attend all trainings scheduled in department calendar ➢ To be calm on a day with immense work load Specific Responsibilities: ➢ Sorts all linen and treat stains accordingly ➢ Load all linen into washer and and wash as per the pre-designated formula set for each category of linen ➢ Take wet, clean items and dry as directed ➢ Sort and fold or hang clean dried items ➢ Maintain inventory of all cleaning supplies and communicate needs to Laundry Manager ➢ Ensuring the washing of linen and uniform as per standard ➢ Training and coordination with supporting Departments ➢ Record and monitor laundry cost ➢ Make reports and recommendations as and when required ➢ Coordinate laundry equipment preventive maintenance program ➢ Approve distribution of linen to guestrooms ➢ Assist in planning for uniform replacement ➢ To ensure the uniform room inspects all uniforms daily for replacement and damage ➢ Responsible for achieving a score of 90% in RENARD audit for Laundry operations and take necessary action for the shortcomings for standard compliance ➢ Perform other reasonable job duties as requested
