Our Seasonal Pier Transportation Agents strive to exceed guest expectations by delivering a smooth experience through the cruise terminal while providing excellent customer service in all areas for the cruise lines Metro Shore Services represents.
Our Pier Transportation Agents are responsible for locating and greeting guests departing from the pier to the airport who have elected to book or purchase transportation with the cruise line.
