Finance lead

We're Hiring | Finance Manager – Qualified CA Location: Gurgaon/Mumbai Experience: 5–10 years (preferred) We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong experience in end-to-end finance operations, taxation, statutory compliance, financial reporting, audits, and financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complete finance and accounting operations. Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC/MCA and other applicable statutory compliances. Handle statutory audits, internal audits, financial statements, and MIS. Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and cost optimisation. Manage accounts payable, receivables, reconciliations, and revenue reporting.

Oversee financial controls and compliance processes. Coordinate with operational teams and management for financial planning. Candidate Requirements: Qualified CA – Mandatory Strong knowledge of Indian taxation and statutory compliances Experience in financial reporting, audits and team management Excellent Excel and ERP/accounting software skills Healthcare / Hospital industry experience preferred Interested candidates may share their updated CV.
