• A Fun work environment History Salsa Fresca started in 2008 in a small town, Millerton, NY. We were the only fast casual Mexican restaurant in the area and people loved it. We branched out into Bedford Hills, NY (Westchester County) in 2011 and rapidly started growing from there. We currently have 16 stores and are in the process of opening 3 more this spring w/ plans for 3-5 more in late 2024. We have plans for 10-12 locations in 2025 and beyond.
